All our items are brand new unless otherwise described.

Shipping FREE for all of our items all of the time.
3. How long before I receive my item?
We ask to allow up to 15 business days to receive your order. This inludes current average national ground transit times.
4. Who is the manufacturer and what is the brand name of the item?
Any and all information regarding the items we carry are provided within the descriptions.
5. Do you have a physical store location?
No, we do not at this time, but all of our great deals are provided right within this site and in our eBay Store.
6. Will you take a lower price for the item?
Our listed internet rates are the lowest we can offer the items for. Special deals and promotions are advertised on this site and our eBay Store when available.
7. Do you deliver to my home?
Yes, all items are shipped through standard ground carriers that can deliver to your home or office.
8. Do you have a customer service phone number?
We're sorry, but due to very limited staffing at this time, we are unable to provide phone support. You may email us with your questions and we will be happy to assist you. You can be confident that our customer service is still our top priority and will provide a phone number as soon as we are able.
9. Is the item currently in stock?
Since our items are pulled from a few different warehouse locations, we only know that there are limited quantities on hand. Items can become temporarily out of stock or even discontinued without notice. If either of these situations should arise with your order, we will contact you and provide you with any available options at that time.
10. What if the item arrives damaged?

11. Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?
Expedited services are available for select items for an additional cost. If required, please email us to see if your order qualifies and a rate quote will be provided.
12. Do you have layaway or financing available?
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. You may apply for PayPal’s Buyer Credit if you require financial assistance.
13. Why haven’t I received a response from my email(s)?
This could be due to a couple of reasons: (a) Your ISP SPAM filters blocked our response from your Inbox. You will need to adjust these or check your “junk” folder. This can be avoided in most cases by adding us (info@desertshieldpersonalsafety.com) to your approved sender list. (b) You haven’t allowed sufficient time to pass so we can provide you with a response to your question(s). Most emails are responded to within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekend and holidays).
14. What are the dimensions?
Any and all available dimensions for the items are provided within listing.
15. Can I pay with a credit card over the phone instead of going through the site checkout?
Yes, you certainly can. You may email us at info@desertshieldpersonalsafety.com and we will provide you with a number you can call. Please have your card ready when you call to expedite the payment process.
16. What are your hours of operation?
General office hours are 10am – 5pm, M–F, AZ time. We are closed most federal holidays and weekends. There is a chance that emails could be randamly checked after hours so please do not hesitate to contact us anyway.
17. I changed my mind and want to cancel my order, what now?

18. Does this item come in different sizes / colors?
Our items are not customizable unless specified in the listing. If the specific item of interest comes in other colors or sizes, it will often be noted within the description or the item(s) will be listed separately within the site.
19. Can I purchase this item now and have you hold it for a while?
Yes, we can delay shipment if you provide specific instructions at the time of purchase. Any orders held are not guaranteed in stock at the time of shipment. If there is an issue regarding the availability of your order, we will contact you at that time.
20. Can I order more than one of these?
Yes, you can order multiple quantities of the items as available.
